At Kevélo, we want you to love your purchase. Because we offer jewelry and pre-loved (second-hand) items, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our business.

All Sales Are Final on Thrift / Pre-Loved Items

Due to the nature of second-hand and one-of-a-kind products, all sales of thrift / pre-loved items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or significantly not as described.

We encourage you to carefully review product photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.

Jewelry Returns

We accept returns on new, unworn jewelry items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It is returned in its original packaging.

  • It shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kevelopr@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return (when eligible), email us at kevelopr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Store Credit

In some cases, especially for thrift items approved due to issues, refunds may be issued as store credit instead of to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Thrift / pre-loved items (unless damaged or misrepresented)

  • Earrings & piercing jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory and one-of-a-kind items. If approved, exchanges will be handled as a return and new purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before the order has been processed or shipped. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
